Life has been described unpredictable by many and as humans we encourage ourselves to plan for the future and put things in place should the unexpected happen. The road accident that killed a police officer, his pregnant wife, a two year old daughter and a nephew in June is a clear testimony of this.
The National Coordinator of Ghana Without Orphans, (GWO), Pastor. George Abaidoo, has noted, the cry of orphans for peace, particularly, in an election year, is strong and more passionate.
According to him, orphans had nowhere to go and little children were mostly left destitute in cases of conflicts and electoral mishaps, thus, it behooved on all people in authority to ensure that the country enjoyed peaceful general elections come December 7th of this year.
